All course enrollments are based on a first come first serve basis and placement is not secure until full payment is received to hold your spot in class. Class size is limited, we suggest registering online unless paying by cash, debit or check. If paying by debit, cash or check please call 905-997-6100 to ensure our office is open. We accept cash, check, debit, MC and Visa.
Cancellation & Refunds
All tuition is non-refundable, as a student of FSA you commit to the class, workshop, intensive or master class both artistically and financially. Tuition is non-refundable. A credit is available ONLY when withdrawal notification is received 1 week in advance to the start of the class, workshop or intensive. Withdrawal after the first class warrants no class credit or refund. No exceptions.
Codes of Conduct
Freedom School of the Arts is committed to fostering a sense of community, artistic development and respect. If you require any special accommodations please speak to the instructor before class begins. Inappropriate class conduct includes, but is not limited to: consumption drugs or alcohol during any class, workshop, master class or intensive.
Destruction of FSA property includes and is not limited to, walls, chairs, lights, doors, and floors.
At no time students are not allowed to use computers, printers or any office items from our shared space with Carolyns Model and Talent Agency.
Inappropriate verbal, physical, homophobic, racist or sexual conduct with or verbalized to other students or instructors is cause for immediate dismissal with no refund or class credit.
Violent, dangerous or criminal behaviour at FSA or in related facilities will result in possible police charges, dismissal and the student will not be permitted to take any further classes at FSA. Suspension or dismissal in these instances will be decided on a case-by case basis. Based on the specific circumstances of the incident, the student will either be suspended or terminated from his or her program of study.
No uninvited guests in class.
No eating, texting, cell use during class can result in dismissal with no refund or class credit.
All complaints must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Artistic Director or Office Manager, within 14 days of the written complaint, will commence an investigation of the alleged violation and, with in 30 days of the initial email, issue a written finding, once a resolution is reached all parties involved will be notified.
